Hi, what are you looking for?

Tucker Carlson, a former Fox News anchor calls TV debates “stupid” after being fired.

In a video uploaded to his Twitter account, Tucker Carlson broke his silence over his termination by Fox News.

He says he was the target of attempts to silence debate of “big topics, the ones that will determine our futures” in a rambling, conspiracy-driven monologue. Still, he avoids explicitly addressing the causes of his departure.

When you take a little time off, one of the things you realize, according to Carlson, “is how unbelievably stupid most of the debates you see on television are.”

As Fox prepared for a defamation trial over Dominion Voting Systems’s significant lawsuit last week, lawyers for the network reportedly persuaded a Delaware court to redact court documents that showed Carlson calling a senior executive at the network the “c-word.”

The conversations are among hundreds of emails and texts from the case, which also showed Carlson mocking guests and associates and claiming to “passionately” detest Donald Trump.

Carlson’s unexpected departure from the network comes in response to a lawsuit filed by former producer Abby Grossberg, who claims that she and other women were often verbally abused and undercut “by a poisonous and entrenched patriarchy.”

In a video posted to his Twitter account last evening with the caption “Good evening,” Tucker Carlson broke his silence over his termination from Fox News two days earlier.

The convoluted 2.16 video of Carlson talking to the camera did not specifically address the reasons for his abrupt departure from the right-wing channel, where he was the most well-liked personality and routinely attracted more than three million people per night.

After talking about how he “stepped outside the noise for a few days” and discovered how many “kind and decent people” there are in America, Carlson describes a conspiracy that he seems to imply may have been responsible for the events of the week.

Discussions of “big topics, the ones that will define our futures,” such as “war, civil liberties, emerging science, demographic change, corporate power, and natural resources,” are alleged, “not permitted in American media.”

From Graeme Massie, the report:

In a belligerent and full of conspiracies video that he released to Twitter, Tucker Carlson broke his silence regarding his termination from Fox News.

According to a report, Tucker Carlson’s offensive tweets about a Fox News coworker’sealed his fate’ at the network. Lawyers for Fox News are said to have persuaded a Delaware court to redact court documents that showed Carlson calling a senior executive at the network the “c-word” as Fox prepared for a defamation trial in response to Dominion Voting Systems’ lawsuit, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Conversely, Carlson is said to have been unimpressed and unconcerned that his comments would be made public.

The conversations are among hundreds of emails and texts found during a discovery process in Dominion’s case, which also exposed Carlson for making fun of network guests and coworkers and claiming to “passionately” despise Donald Trump while endorsing the former president on his most-watched program.

The comments come in response to a lawsuit filed by Abby Grossberg, a former producer of Tucker Carlson Tonight. In her case, Grossberg claims that there is widespread toxic culture at Fox News and that she and other women are frequently verbally abused “by a poisonous and entrenched patriarchy.”

According to those familiar with the situation, concerns inside Fox’s management had been growing regarding the threats Mr. Carlson posed to the network. Some audience members expressed worry that the populist firebrand had started to regard himself as greater than the network, which is a major sin for Fox [Corporation].

NPR media reporter David Folkenflik claimed earlier this week that he overheard Carlson describing another one in the same derogatory terms.

Messages obtained by Dominion show that Carlson also referred to Sidney Powell as a “f*** b*,” according to election conspiracy theorist Powell.

Why is Tucker Carlson being courted by the Russian state media?
After losing his primetime spot on the most-watched cable news network in the nation, Tucker Carlson quickly received a job offer.

Russian official media figures and propaganda outlets opened their doors hours after Fox News declared that the network had decided to “part ways” with the far-right nationalist pundit on Monday morning.

To get Carlson’s attention, Putin-linked propagandists courted him on air and in an email, pleading with the now-former Fox News presenter to join Russia-1.

Propagandists with ties to Putin bombard American media to get the attention of the ejected far-right commentator.

The network’s primetime viewership has decreased due to the departure of Tucker Carlson, formerly the most popular host on the network.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox News Tonight, the program that will replace Tucker Carlson Tonight, only managed to draw in slightly less than 2.6 million viewers on Monday at its coveted 8 p.m. time slot launch.
