A 65-year-old man was found dead near the south entrance of Disneyland in Anaheim, California, on Sunday afternoon, and police said they did not suspect foul play. Anaheim police responded at about 1:40 p.m. and found the man deceased near the park’s south entrance, south of Katella Avenue, Anaheim Police Sgt. Eric Anderson told City News Service.
Anderson said the man, whose name was not immediately released, was known to be homeless in the area. His death appeared to have resulted from natural causes, police said.

Anaheim Fire and Rescue paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene, according to reports. Officers closed a section of sidewalk while they waited for coroner’s officials to arrive, and visitors were directed to alternate routes.
It was not immediately clear whether the death occurred on Disneyland property or nearby. Police have not released the man’s identity, and the official cause of death has not been confirmed.
