Heidi Klum has a long history of modeling, particularly in intimate apparel. People were fascinated and thrilled when the Italian lingerie company Intimissimi revealed a new campaign featuring the supermodel.
When the teaser for what was to come was released, much of the excitement disappeared or changed into uncertainty and disdain. People were thrilled about what the brand would come up with.
The lingerie company released the first teaser, a video showing the supermodel and her daughter, who just turned 18, dressed to the nines and seated back to back. The video described it as “a story of self-confidence, joy of life, and love between a mother and a daughter.”
The company proudly said, “Together @heidiklum and @leniklum celebrate The Art of Italian Lingerie.”
The mother and daughter interacted amicably in the video, joking and posing. The two of them appear to be enjoying themselves immensely.
The two women’s lingerie sets were then featured in images posted by the brand. Like mother and daughter, they wrote captions for the photos. A particular place in every woman’s heart belongs to her favorite underwear.
The caption stated, “The campaign’s goal is to expose their true selves.” “The two symbolize the close relationship between a mother and a daughter.”
The fact that this specific shot featured a mother-and-daughter team did not sit well with people, even though lingerie firms typically show several models wearing the wares together. They all remarked on how peculiar they thought this was. One user said, “This is just in BAD TASTE!!” It’s “really creepy!”
Another person said, “Mom and daughter in lingerie in the same video shoot is just a bit ick. I like to think I’m progressive in these things.”
Another person expressed worry over the campaign’s use of the 18-year-old daughter. “Sexualizing your child the moment they turn legal is weird,” the Instagram user remarked.
Another participant said, “I also think this is so disgusting and appalling,” “A mother exploiting her daughter for personal gain. Simply terrible and tasteless.
Even though there was a lot of criticism, the campaign was also well-received by some.

Leni Klum, 18, tweeted another suggestive photo of herself wearing only her trousers earlier in the month. She covered her torso with her hands while flaunting her cosmetics. Although a bra strap was visible on her arm, she didn’t leave much to the imagination. The young woman is not self-conscious of her figure.
Mother and daughter have yet to respond to the unfavorable comments they have received.
