Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff filed for divorce on Friday, after three years of marriage.
Qualley, 32, was listed as the plaintiff in the filing, Page Six reported, citing New York Supreme Court records. The pair filed jointly, and a settlement agreement has also been filed and is still being processed by the court.
A source close to the pair told People the filing was a mutual decision and described it as an uncontested divorce. New York requires both a plaintiff and a defendant to be listed on a filing, the source said, even when a couple files together.
The couple began dating in 2021 and married in August 2023 in New Jersey. They separated earlier this year, with People confirming the split on 8 July.
At the time, Qualley’s representative said reports about trust issues or infidelity were untrue, and said the relationship had been built on respect and partnership.
